A new RGM-79 Project...

Well today, while i was working i was thinking of a new project, the RGM-79CR GM Kai High Mobility Type.

In order to Make this possible, I need to buy the RGM-79c Kai and the RGM-79Q Quel.

I'm just going to need the the upper portion of the body and the legs of the "Quel". Unless i make the leg portion from the same RGM-79c and extend the leg chin's out.

For this kit i will also do the following:

LED in the visor and camera head unit
LED on backpack thrusters
LED on lower chin armor
LED in the bottom of the feet thrusters.

For Diorama:

A part of the Solar system weapon used in Gundam "Stardust Memories" example below.

WIP: RGM-79c Spartan II

It's been a while since i have not posted, but anyways i couldn't stop just were I left last week. I need it to add more detail. I added more plating to the for arms giving the sort-a-look of the RX-78 NT-1 FA and add it plating to the skirt armor as well.

I also Add it the LED, it's a 0402 LED white.

W.I.P: RGM-79 Spartan II

It's been days since the last up-date on the project. I just been a bee lazy lol.

Added pla-plates to the arm

Add it some detail to the back skirt, even though i haven't added some plating. also w/ the torso, i am trying to add more plating as well.

and here is my first try at scribing... i suck at it. i think i will cover it w/ some plating too lol.

W.I.P. RGM-79 Spartan II

I decided to add extra meat to the chin armor and cover it w/ pla-plates to scribe on later... hopefully I will be down w/ this kit in 3 wks.

I was trying to scribe on the armor plate of the arm but i realized that it was better to add more pla-plates to give it extra thickness.

Today, i continued on the kit adding epoxy clay to add more beefiness to the chin armor and test fit the metal thrusters I purchased.

Construction of the RGM-79N Full Boost

Ok, it's been 8 months now, on and off doing this new project I call "RGM-79N Full Boost." I some what modded the chest, and legs. The feet is from the RGM-79G and added pla-plates and so on. I cut half way down the leg of the 79G to fit te leg armor of the 79N. Also, I worked on the backpack unit adding extra thrusters and added a red LED to the head. The battery unit is placed in the chest (torso cabin).
